Simply identify the plastic bag material

Many of our customers are not very clear about the material of plastic bags, and often do not know what kind of material they need to order. For example, some customers need to customize the handbag, and then they will describe the shape and size of the bag, but they do not know whether it is high pressure material or low pressure. Here are some common plastic bag material distinction.

PE material: also divided into high pressure material (LDPE) and low pressure material (HDPE). High pressure material appearance looks more smooth, feel soft, toughness is better, a lot of handbag raw materials are made of high pressure material, a lot of products outer packing are made of high pressure material, there are very large specifications of industrial use of the packaging bag. Low pressure materials pull well, high hardness, widely used in shopping malls, all kinds of procurement markets. Most supermarket vest bags are made of low-pressure material. The easiest way to distinguish high and low pressure is to tear it by hand and produce white marks, which proves that it is a low pressure. Because the low pressure is of high density, it will produce white marks. If there is no white marks, it will produce good tension.

PO material: the material body is hard, but the transparency is high and clear, the tension is not very good, and it is easy to explode. Most of them are used for gift wrapping, and also for the sale of finished clothes. The new clothes that we buy have plastic bags and a double-sided plastic seal are usually PO bags.

PP material: plastic bag is very transparent, feel very slippery, but very hard, loud and very crisp, fold it in half will have a crease, fold PE plastic bag is not, because transparency is good, so packaging gifts look high class.

OPP material: the material is the most brittle, the highest transparency, the tension is not enough, but the most explosive mouth, and printing is the most easy to decolorize. If there is no gap is difficult to tear, but there is a gap can be torn without any force.
